My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but there were additional charges that were not initially listed. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely with a wonderful view of the pool, making our time there easy and comfy. However, there was no room service until we checked out, and the room was old, outdated, and smelled of smoke. The lack of certain amenities like a microwave or fridge was disappointing, and the bathroom was in poor condition with a chipping tub.
